📢 Heads Up: Direct Messaging Sessions Will Time Out
November 21, 2025 – 4:00 PM

Our vendor recently added a new security feature that automatically ends Direct Messaging sessions after a period of inactivity. If your session times out, you’ll see a message letting you know it’s expired and that you need to log back in.

Quick Tips to Keep Things Smooth:

Log out when you’re done and close all browser windows tied to your session
Clear your browser cache and cookies
Try using incognito/private mode
Close any old Webmail windows before starting a new session

Improved printing capabilities added to RHIO Explore

November 2016

RHIO Explore users now have the ability to select multiple items and print those items as a PDF file. To use the feature, go to the “Laboratories” screen, and select two or more clinical items. The “Download Selected Items as PDF” option then displays after you select at least two options.
