📢 Heads Up: Direct Messaging Sessions Will Time Out
November 21, 2025 – 4:00 PM

Our vendor recently added a new security feature that automatically ends Direct Messaging sessions after a period of inactivity. If your session times out, you’ll see a message letting you know it’s expired and that you need to log back in.

Quick Tips to Keep Things Smooth:

  • Log out when you’re done and close all browser windows tied to your session
  • Clear your browser cache and cookies
  • Try using incognito/private mode
  • Close any old Webmail windows before starting a new session
