Email Notifications Restored: Our vendor resolved a temporary issue that had prevented email notifications from being sent to users' contact email addresses. The service has been restarted, and users are now receiving bundled email notifications when new Alerts messages are available. One email may include multiple messages, depending on volume.
Webmail Access Still Under Review: Our vendor continues to investigate the Webmail loading issue to identify the root cause. Some users may still experience session expiration errors. To improve access:

In RHIO Explore, a Deceased checkbox is available on patient records. If a person has passed way in the last 30 days, the Deceased checkbox should be flagged if the notification is received from one of 11 counties in our region.
Rochester RHIO is receiving public health death notifications from 11 counties, including:
If a person falls outside of these counties, then the box will not be checked in Explore.
