Email Notifications Restored: Our vendor resolved a temporary issue that had prevented email notifications from being sent to users' contact email addresses. The service has been restarted, and users are now receiving bundled email notifications when new Alerts messages are available. One email may include multiple messages, depending on volume.
Webmail Access Still Under Review: Our vendor continues to investigate the Webmail loading issue to identify the root cause. Some users may still experience session expiration errors. To improve access:

Alerts allow care managers to be notified when their patients are admitted to a participating emergency department or hospital ANYWHERE in New York State. To receive, or send, Alerts on a patient through Rochester RHIO, that patient must have an affirmative consent on file.
