7/9/2025: 5:00PM: Update: We are waiting for clarification from our vendor regarding the recent communication about DIRECT and are hoping to have more information before end of business on Thursday, July 10th. An update will be provided here on our Provider Portal as soon as more information becomes available.

9:00AM: SES Direct launched v2.1 today. With the deployment of the new version, users are no longer able to access Direct Messaging directly through the RHIO Portal. Once users click on “Continue to SES Direct”, they are brought to a new log-in screen. We are experiencing issues with this new log-in screen and users are unable to access Direct Messaging at this time. This issue has been escalated to the Operations Team of SES Direct. We will update this portal message as soon as this issue is resolved. We apologize for the inconvenience.
