Rochester RHIO has reviewed its business continuity plans, ensuring they remain viable and effective in light of the evolving COVID-19 situation. Since we are an essential component of the regional and New York State healthcare infrastructure, ongoing operation is essential. Supporting healthcare is what we do.
Our teams are enabled to work remotely, including from their homes, with no anticipated impact to service. Rochester RHIO is proud to provide around-the-clock phone support. Our phones are open 24-hours a day, 7 days a week. For immediate assistance and support call Rochester RHIO at 1-877-865-7446 (RHIO). If you leave a message, someone will get back to you. Effective, Monday, March 16, our office in Brighton is temporarily closed due to the declared state of emergency in Monroe County.
We are continuing to monitor the situation in conjunction with our healthcare partners across the region, state and nationwide. We have also pressed the pause button on in-person visits and meetings including hospitals and doctors’ offices in an effort to decrease the traffic flow in those settings, and reduce any potential transmission exposure.
