Rochester RHIO is soon upgrading to a new patient search engine: Explore+: Your Patient Information Connection.
Explore+ advances patient search technology to meet the ever-evolving needs of health information exchange. Explore+ provides enhanced user functionality and a redesigned, clean interface. Enhanced functionality includes: a consolidated timeline view, an Expression view, improved data categorization, data grouped by encounter, and more.
Rochester RHIO anticipates that the new tool will allow us to be more flexible and responsive to the needs of our community, ultimately creating a better user experience. Rochester RHIO is working diligently to make the transition as smooth as possible. The new solution is currently undergoing deep quality assurance testing. We are also busy loading historical data and real-time data feeds.
For specific details about new features, data load, and service impact, visit the Explore+ FAQs. We'll update the FAQs on an ongoing basis through our launch date to keep you informed of the latest.
To register for an online training course, log into the Provider Portal.
Important: Explore+ is a required training for ALL RHIO Explore Users. An on-demand video training will be available soon.
