Status Update: Direct Messaging and User Provisioning
We continue to work closely with our vendor partners to resolve the ongoing issues affecting Direct Messaging and user provisioning. Troubleshooting remains active, and the issue has been escalated due to its extended impact on our users.
We understand the importance of restoring access and are committed to providing timely updates as progress is made.
