Email Notifications Restored: Our vendor resolved a temporary issue that had prevented email notifications from being sent to users' contact email addresses. The service has been restarted, and users are now receiving bundled email notifications when new Alerts messages are available. One email may include multiple messages, depending on volume.
Webmail Access Still Under Review: Our vendor continues to investigate the Webmail loading issue to identify the root cause. Some users may still experience session expiration errors. To improve access:

Authorized users of Explore+ can now view COVD-19 vaccination data in the patient's community health record. Vaccination data from NYSIIS (New York State Immunization Information System) is visible in the patient record under the "Immunizations" category. COVID-19 immunization records go back as far as mid-December 2020.
Also, as a reminder, county public health users have dedicated access to COVID-19 test results in the RHIO's Provider Portal. In addition, there are a few different ways that RHIO participants can access COVID-19 data. For more information, read Tips for Accessing COVID-19 Data via Rochester RHIO.
Rochester RHIO is also supplying COVID-19 vaccination data to the Finger Lakes COVID-19 Vaccination Task Force.
