Service Notice: Direct Messaging Access Issues
We are currently experiencing ongoing issues with Direct Messaging. Users have reported login errors, inconsistent loading behavior, and the need to clear browser cookies to access the service. In some cases, Direct Messaging fails to refresh without logging back into RHIO.
We are working closely with the vendor as these issues are actively investigated. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience as we work toward restoring full functionality.

Rochester RHIO Leaders Present at National HIE Conference
In August, Rochester RHIO will speak on advances made in patient information sharing alongside Ciitizen at the SHIEC 2021 Annual Conference. Health information exchanges from across the country will be gathering to network, discuss innovative technology advances, learn about federal policy changes, share best practices, and more.
Rochester RHIO and Ciitizen are partnering to enable Ciitizen app users to get copies of their medical records from New York providers. Leveraging Ciitiizen technology enables the release of health information in compliance with federal information blocking rules without the need to provision patient-facing portals. Ciitzen was recently featured on CBS News.
Rochester RHIO's Chief Information Officer Andrea Richardson and Chief Engagement Officer Denise DiNoto will be taking the stage alongside Ciitizen's Chief Regulatory Officer Deven McGraw and Head of Interoperability Solutions Lin Wan.
