Rochester RHIO (RRHIO) will be transitioning Explore+ to a new clinical query platform late this spring. Throughout this transition, we will work to ensure great service and data security.
🔗 We are working with the Statewide Health Information Network for New York (SHIN-NY), New York eHealth Collaborative (NYeC), and other statewide partners to share infrastructure, reducing redundancies while maintaining services. Undertaking this initiative supports our goal of being a good steward of limited health care resources.
📅 As we get closer to the go-live date, we will be offering training and resources on the new clinical query platform.

Four Exciting Updates to Explore+
Explore+ provides clinical search technology and time saving efficiencies for authorized users. Four recent updates have been made to the interface to improve usability for participants.
- COVID Booster Information Added: Additional dose indicators and data are now available from NYSIIS.
- Improved Custom Date Range Functionality: Users can now type in a date range, but also use the calendar to select dates.
- Customized Expression View: Ability to organize expression cards according to user preference. Users can set their default Expression View by adding/removing and changing the order of expression cards. This feature is available through the User Preferences menu.
- Primary Diagnosis Indicator Added: A Primary Diagnosis Indicator now displays on an encounter. Codes comes from the ADT.
