Email Notifications Restored: Bundled email alerts are now sending correctly after a vendor fix.

Webmail Access: SES is investigating ongoing loading issues but has not yet identified the root cause. Some users may still see session expiration errors.

Tips to Improve Access:

• Clear browser cache/cookies
• Use incognito/private mode
• Close all previous Webmail windows before starting a new session

Affected Services:

• Direct Messaging
• Alert Notifications
